So you’re saying if I apply for a job where the hiring manager is a woman, and she says “I will not hire you because you are male.” That isn’t sexist?

I think you’re missing what sexism / racism is. I’m white and male, but I’m neither racist nor sexist, because sexism / racism is the trait of an individual. Lumping a trait to an entire group is exactly what the issue is with sexism / racism, and you’re perpetuating it by trying to say it’s not possible to be racist if you’re a minority. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Women can be sexist. Blacks can be racist, because sexism / racism is a personal issue due to stereotypes and beliefs.

You can’t redefine words to fit your world view.

Definition of sexism:

prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex.

Definition of racism:

prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior.
